The full player pathway, created in partnership with the Asian Tour, also launches, with the game's first ever player Promotion and Relegation, and Player Transfer Window, as the holistic integration of LIV Golf is fully delivered.Away from the entertainment on the course, LIV Golf is dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of the communities it visits through its ground-breaking social impact and sustainability strategy, 'Potential, Unleashed', reflecting the league's commitment to giving back and improving the world through golf.Role Objective:As the Event Experience Coordinator at LIV Golf, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of events and enhancing fan experiences. Your role will assist with the daily coordination, tracking, and execution of event and activation needs across the league. You will organize communications within the department and with external partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule.Responsibilities:Oversee workflow reports on Monday.com related to relevant suppliersAssist Event Managers with registration processes for tournament functions including creation of event registration forms, tracking of RSVPs and managing guest lists for tournament functions.Oversee event check-in processes, including training and managing brand ambassadorsAct as a support role for execution of the Fan Village at tournaments requested to attendSupport the planning and execution of league-wide events surrounding tournamentsAssist with gifting ideas, obtaining quotes, and ordering and delivery processes. Communicate statuses and obtain appropriate approvals prior to placing orders.Assist with league-wide gifting program, including tracking items, inventory management, gifting lists, room drops, and repurposing items for future events. Maintain detailed tracking of gifting inventory and usage across each tournament.Handle inquiries from vendors and event suppliers, identifying potential beneficial partnershipsAssist with upkeep of standard operating procedure manuals across the department.Work with internal departments to understand team and partner objectives for the Event Experience team to effectively deliver across events and fan experiencesSupport with creation of presentation decks surrounding fan initiativesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of eventsProvide exceptional services by anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may ariseMaintain accurate records of event requests and needs for executionHandle special accommodations and experiences for VIP guests and stakeholders.ExperienceExperience tracking and coordinating diverse event requirementsKnowledge in tracking event metrics and reportingExperience in creating comprehensive guest communication documents detailing all facets of an eventStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive under pressure, meets deadlines, and proficiently use event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Required SkillsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detailFlexibility and adaptabilityAbility to be proactive and take initiativeThe ability to collaborate and communicate on-going project statuses effectivelyAbility to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in fast paced environmentPositive attitude and team player mentalityLIV Golf Investments is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the equal treatment of all current and prospective employees.
