Join our dynamic team as a Shift Leader at Papa John's in Washington D.C., DC, where you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional service and mouth-watering pizzas in a high-energy setting.

Competitive hourly wage of $17 - $20.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high food quality and service standards at all times.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Provide training and guidance to team members to improve their performance.

Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders when necessary.

Qualifications

Experience working in the food service industry is required.

Preference is given to candidates with previous restaurant management experience.

The ability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

$18.50 to 20 hourly
