Job DescriptionKellogg Garden Products , a family-owned and operated company with roots that span over four generations is seeking seasonal Merchandiser.In this role you will:Service product home locations, building and stocking displays, and cleaning productsManage inventories, meeting with store management, and helping to answer general gardening questions for store personnel and consumersWork in an assigned Home Depot stores during peak selling seasonsAssist customers with their soil selectionPromote Kellogg branded productsJob Requirements:Outdoor work environmentAbility to proactively and effectively communicate with customers and store personnelAbility to stand, bend, stoop, climb and lift heavy objects weighing 50 lbs. or more consistentlyMust have a personal smartphone (Android 4.0 and up or iPhone 9.0 or later) with dataReliable vehicleValid driver's licenseProof of car insuranceClean driving recordEmployment/Schedule/Hours:Seasonal (February-June)Weekdays (Monday-Friday)30+ HoursEducation & Experience:High School diploma or GED1 to 2 years previous sales or retail experienceGarden experience is preferred but not required
