Recruiting & Benefits CoordinatorMirbeau Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator to join its Human Resources team!The Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator will support the HR Team and our four Mirbeau properties which are located in Skaneateles NY, Rhinebeck NY, Albany NY and Plymouth, MA. This role will be based in Saratoga Springs with one day per week onsite at Spa Mirbeau Albany.Responsibilities:Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by posting open positions, reviewing applications and conducting phone screens to viable candidatesManage and oversee benefits administration (401K, Medical, Dental, Vision)Oversee leaves of absence for the Mirbeau properties (PFL, FMLA, DBL, PFML)Assist with the execution of employee recognition programsRespond to reference checks and verifications of employmentConduct exit interviewsUpdate and maintain internal company documentsManage Employee Assistance ProgramAssist the Director of HR and HR Manager with HR projectsDedicated HR support for our Spa Mirbeau Albany locationQualifications:Associate's degree or higher2 years of experience in HR or related field; leave management experience a plusExcellent communication and organization skillsMust be able to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a teamThe health and well-being of our team members is a high priority at Mirbeau.
