Min Hourly Rate($): 13.50Max Hourly Rate($): 14.85Minimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience Mail Processing Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Process incoming and outgoing mailMaintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures as referenced in the employee manual and other desk procedures for the positionReceive, sort, and open mailPrepare mail, such as applications, returned mail and verification documents for scanningPrint documents for outbound mailing and prep and scanCreate batches to prepare for transition to document scanning, including using appropriate separator sheets. Image documents using scanners. Store documents after scanning in controlled secure storage roomOperate mailroom equipment including letter opener, sorter, shredder, postage meter, imaging/scanning equipment, etc.Ensure mailroom and scanning equipment are maintained according to schedule and in good operating order and notify the Operations Manager of any equipment problems or failures immediately upon identification**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visithere .
