Hello! We are the proud parents of two healthy and happy girls (4 years old and 17 months). We are looking for a full-time nanny Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, 8am-4pm. We are open to discuss the exact schedule and weekly hours so that we can make sure we have something that works both for you and for us.We live in Manhattan, in Tribeca, full time. During the summer months, from end of June to Labor Day Weekend, we move out of the city to East Hampton, NY. The ideal candidate will live-in with us, Monday-Friday during this period. We live right in town, walkable to playgrounds, shops, fields and restaurants, so a driver license will not be needed, nor required. We do have a pool on the property, so swimming is a necessity.As far as weekly responsibilities go, we are looking for someone that can help us take care of our girls, and while at school, assist with housekeeping duties. Areas of responsibility related to the children includes being a third parent and a friend to the girls, play and meal prep, pick-up and drop-offs to and from school and activities, arrange play dates, keep up with nap schedule, baths, getting dressed, etc.Our oldest daughter is in school Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm, and the little one, is at her play club twice a week, three hours at a time. Therefore, babysitting really primarily is for the little one.When the kids are not around, this is a good time to engage in house-related duties including tidying up, making the beds, organizing toys, doing laundry, doing the dishes, running errands, grocery shopping, etc.We live in Manhattan, in Tribeca, an incredibly family-friendly neighborhood with many playgrounds, accessibility to the water front and piers, kids classes and more.We would love to find someone who can be an extension of our family and stay on with us beyond a year.We hope to find the person that loves being a part of our family and enjoys coming to work with a smile and positive energy every day.Thank you so much!
