The Greenhouse is seeking dedicated Farm Workers to join our team in Morven, NC. This role involves planting and growing a variety of flowers, trees, shrubbery, and other plants for distribution and sale to garden centers. As a Farm Worker, you will be engaged in various stages of the growing cycle, from seed planting to cultivation, to preparing plants for sale.

Key Responsib ilities:

• Planting and tending to various crops
• Performing fieldwork, including soil preparation and cultivation
• Applying/removing frost blankets and other protective measures for crops
• General labor duties related to greenhouse/farm work
