The Front Desk Associate demonstrates courteous customer service to all residents and guests that utilize the Association Clubhouse and its amenities. Helps build rapport with residents and guests by using good judgement and people skills.
Responsibilities and Duties- Responsible for reservations for events/activities; collect payments and issue proper receipts.
- Consults with Activities Director daily and makes necessary adjustments to all calendars and marque signs for evening monitors to print and post.
- Answer telephone and assist caller as appropriate.
- Routine clerical duties including but not limited to making copies, Microsoft Word, filing, updating homeowner information in portal.
- Ensures Homeowners Association rules are being enforced by residents in the clubhouse and around outside amenities.
- Maintain coffee and office supply inventory and initiate ordering as needed.
- Prepare coffee and hot water, check regularly to confirm they are readily available to residents.
- Issue badges.
- Conduct pool runs.
- Provide custodial duties as required.
- Assist in preparation of various events including setting up audio/video equipment.
- Ensure key cabinets are current and organized and distribute keys as necessary.
- Review ARC applications for accuracy.
- Available to answer member questions
- Understand association rules.
- Must be flexible to work extended or revised hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
