Job Description:
As a Preschool Principal you will be responsible for;
- Overseeing the delivery of education & curriculum.
- Coordination of all school operations.
- Manage school finances.
- Participate in community outreach.
- Build relationships with families, students, and the community.
- Develop staff & teachers.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
- Eligible candidates must have a master's degree in any field related to children or business OR bachelor's degree in any field related to children with at minimum one year of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Must be Head Teacher Qualified
- Complies with all state-specific education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (ex: professional development).
- Strong expert knowledge in New Jersey State Licensing requirements
