We are searching for a great Packer Day Shift! The Packer will be responsible for pack outs, data entry and self-timing to make sure customer expectations are met. This position is key to ensuring our customers receive their goods on a timely basis. Attention to detail is a very important to the success of this role, as is knowledge of the customers and packing methods used in our facility. He or she will work individually at a fast pace environment to create and maintain a high-quality culture. Responsibilities: • Operate Impress packing system efficiently and accurately. • Work at a rapid pace to meet tight deadlines. • Verify order expectations are met. • Identity any damages or discrepancies on the order. • Will be feed by several different areas to pack out 10-1pcs/order. • Create and maintain impeccable plant standards and conditions in your area. Qualifications • The ability to work independently with little to no assistance • Able to multi-task in a rapid environment • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
