Goldberg, CEO/Founder As an Sales Coordinator you will work with various departments to provide information, assist with scheduling and coordination of show technicians to suit all requirements of the clients. Sales Coordinators provide onsite management of the installation and run of the event. Typical duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries, ascertain the nature of the event, client requirements, budgets, sites, dates, past shows, and equipment requirements to identify the quality and scope of client's event. Explain policies relating to rental, labor, insurance, billing, deposits, and logistics.
- Coordinate with Show Assistant to create, review and issue formal proposal to client as required.
- Oversee all elements of event details and logistics. Visit venues as required to survey sites, ensure that all logistics suit client and equipment requirements, and that power requirements of equipment and venue are accurate as proposed. Respond to customer change requirements and communicate internally to affect changes to suit client's needs.
- Manage all aspects of event installation, operation and strike. Coordinate with customer's onsite to facilitate changes with equipment or labor needs, organize schedule changes for both labor and operational needs.
- Prepare final documentation relating to actual implementation of show with all hours and equipment itemized in preparation for billing. Follow up with clients to determine level of satisfaction and investigate and resolve outstanding issues.
To be an successful Sales Coordinator, the preferred qualifications are of the following:
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- At least 3 years developing technical proposals for various types of events
- Strong organization skills
Base Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
