The Account Operations Administrator is responsible for managing and executing daily transactions for third-party fund managers and direct customer accounts. This role involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring accurate account setup, maintaining client relationships, and supporting corporate action services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with a focus on both global and domestic custody operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries promptly, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various Bank departments to resolve account-related matters.
- Process manual customer instructions efficiently.
- Assist in monitoring and processing corporate action instructions, including standing instructions.
- Provide accurate trade status reports to customers.
- Facilitate the setup of new accounts for third-party fund managers and direct customers.
- Collect and verify all required documentation for account opening.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, particularly in global and domestic custody operations, or customer service.
Base Salary - $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
