Position Summary
Media cabinet blasting (Sandblasting) of remanufactured parts. Position reports to lead in clean department. This job is in manufacturing and production and is in no way related to housekeeping duties. This position involves the cleaning of used and dirty Turbo Chargers, you will get oily and dirty in this position.
Job Duties

* Visual inspection of parts
* Cleaning parts with varied types of media blast
* Clean and organized workstation
* Must ensure quality, accuracy, speed, and efficiency
* OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Communication, ability to work in team environment, visual inspection of parts, follow written instructions and verbal instructions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Some exposure to harsh conditions-such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures-for short periods of time is possible. This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting 0%, standing/walking 100%. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; talk and hear.
