Experience working with youth required. Leads in classrooms with youth. Helps implement performances. Qualifications Instructor Level 1:High School Diploma AND experience in Theatre, Dance, Education, Parks and Recreation or similar field.Instructor Level 2:Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Dance, Education, Parks and Recreation, or similar field (or experience equivalent to degree) AND 4 years experience instructing in arts related programs.Must pass a background check as prescribed by the City of Davenport. Knowledge and Skills Considerable Knowledge of:Interaction with children, adaptability to changing environment, experience in dance, performing arts and performances. Working Skill in:Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with associates and the general public, understanding and following written and oral instructions. Implementation of performances and events, managing a changing schedule. No benefits.
