The work may entail some complexity and requires the use of judgment with minimal direct instruction. The role involves frequently handling weights of 21-50 lbs while standing, reading tape measures, working from diagrams and prints, and using small hand/power tools to assemble products. The candidate must be able to learn the duties of the job quickly, follow instructions, and instruct other employees when necessary. The position may require overtime and a commitment to the company's safety program.
