1. Assemble Machined and Electronic Components: - Perform precision assembly of radio frequency and microwave filter products using hand tools, metrology equipment, and machinery. 2. Interpret Technical Documents: - Read and accurately interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and parts lists to ensure all components are assembled according to specifications. 3. Handle and Work with Materials: - Safely work with epoxies, cleaning agents, and other materials necessary for assembly, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. 4. Perform Machining Operations: - Carry out machining tasks such as deburring, drilling, tapping, and using other precision tools to shape and finish components. 5. Ensure Product Quality: - Inspect assembled components to verify they meet quality standards and product specifications. Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. 6. Maintain Tools and Equipment: - Regularly check and maintain hand tools, machinery, and metrology instruments to ensure they remain in good working condition. 7. Collaborate with Other Departments: - Work closely with engineers, quality control teams, and other production personnel to ensure smooth and efficient assembly operations. 8. Comply with Safety and Certification Standards: - Follow company safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards such as J-Std-001E soldering and Mil-Std-454. Obtain additional certifications as required. 9. Maintain Accurate Records: - Document assembly processes, quality checks, and production outputs to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. 10. Ensure Consistent Attendance: - Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to meet production deadlines and contribute to team efficiency. Job Requirements Physical Requirements Due to the nature of the work, there are several physical necessities for precision assembler of machined & electronic components. • You have high level hand strength • You possess a high degree of dexterity • You have high eye-hand coordination • You have no allergies to epoxies or standard cleaning agents Experience and Skills • You have experience in metrology • You are not a novice at machining skills including deburring, drilling & tapping • You know how to get things done with a hand tool • You know your way around a set of blue prints, assembly drawings, and parts lists. • You can effectively communicate in written and spoken English • You have shown you show up to work when expected. An excellent attendance record is required.
