The Food Expo is responsible for ensuring that food orders are prepared, assembled, and presented to customers efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate between the kitchen staff and servers.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all food orders are complete and accurate before they leave the kitchen.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes.
Check food for proper presentation and temperature.
Communicate any special instructions or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
Handle any issues or complaints regarding food preparation and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized expo area.
Assist in training new kitchen staff on expo procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
