EMPLOYER:Fresha, LLCJOB TITLE:Assistant Production ManagerJOB LOCATION:23325 480th Ave, Morris, MN 56267 (Stevens County)JOB DUTIES: Assisting in managing production of food packing company. Specific duties include: (1) Monitoring and evaluating quality and grade of incoming product, determining which product to wash, and communicating determination with the Wash Line Lead; (2) Preparing and collecting product washed logs for the Wash Line Lead and entering the data into the production tracking system; (3) Communicating which SKUs to pack for each product to Packaging Leads; (4) Preparing and collecting pallets packed logs from each packaging line and entering the data into the production tracking system; (5) Reviewing daily production reports with Line Leads at production meetings; (6) Documenting any production or equipment issues and communicating them to Production Manager; (7) Monitoring performance of production teams based on production reports and communicating areas of improvement with each Area Lead; (8) Monitoring and communicating safety concerns; (9) Evaluating and auditing each Area Lead to ensure compliance with the company's organization standards; (10) Working directly with the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to ensure all orders are packed completely and correctly; (11) Providing job performance feedback for each Area Lead; (12) Assisting with identifying employee strengths and giving input on how to organize and structure teams.REQUIREMENTS: Two years of food production experience, including specific experience packing and grading agricultural products, operating industrial food production equipment, and managing team in the food or agricultural production industry.Interested candidates should submit a resume & cover letter to HR, Fresha, LLC 23325 480th Ave, Morris, MN 56267.
