Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing meetings of various group sizes and managing all company mail and print requests. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Provides customer service to all internal and external partners
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Manages setup duties and troubleshoots the inserter machine
  • Completes all Inserter duties
  • Manages Mainframe Printers
  • Scans documents into the imaging system
  • Keys index values for imaged documents
  • Picks up and deliver material to post office, bank, and internal departments
  • Distributes forms and supplies
  • Owns and executes special print requests
  • Handles meeting planning
  • Performs receptionist duties on an as needed basis
  • Trains less experienced staff on Office Services tasks
  • Maintains Job Breakdown Guides
  • Handles various administrative duties
What You'll Bring
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Stamina to be on your feet up to 50% of assigned shift
  • Valid driver license required
  • Ability to professionally interact with our customers
  • Detail oriented with the ability to follow procedures and retain instructions
  • Possess a positive, professional, cooperative, and quality-conscious service attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with interpersonal conflict, and handle assigned workload
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively and professionally using proper grammar both orally and in writing
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills
  • Skilled in data entry
  • Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand Central Insurance's policies and processes
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Commitment to conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience working with machines
  • Postal knowledge
