Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team at Christus Health. As a RN Hospital Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive hospital environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain good relationships with co-workers, other department staff, and physicians to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment.Practice the 5 rights of medication administration to ensure patient safety and well-being.Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members of varying ages and cultures.Participate in community service programs and promote positive public relations for the department and hospital.Assist in problem-solving patient/family issues to achieve a positive outcome for all involved.Requirements Education: Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.Licenses & Certifications: L-RN Single-state or L-RN Multistate license.
