SUMMARY

Working within our Enterprise Access Management team, this role will assist in ensuring our employees have the correct access for their duties. Candidates for this role should be able to spot improvement opportunities that leverage automation and IdP features at our disposal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure SSO apps within M365 Entra
  • Process large user data sets for mass updates of access and permissions
  • Identify, investigate and implement automations to reduce manual intervention for access requests
  • Review new and existing requests to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Working from a Service Now queue, efficiently address tickets within expected SLAs
  • Work multiple requests concurrently, as needed
  • Create, Deactivate, Delete, and/or Update accounts across a wide range of systems within the enterprise
  • Delivery of credentials
  • Identify ongoing process improvement.
  • Customer support as needed.
  • Coordinate regularly with your peers and peer teams to achieve objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years' experience as System Administration, User Administration, or similar
  • 1+ year Experience with AD, O365/Exchange On-prem and Webaccount management, Ticketing System, Proficient in MS Excel and managing large data sets to process tasks
  • 1+ Experience with powershellscripting, or similar
  • Ability to document and verbally communicate processes (new and existing)
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple requests
  • Adheres to the processes that are in place. Reporting gaps, inefficiencies, circumventions, and misses, to the EAM Team for review for future implementation as process improvements
  • Interpretive Listening
  • Attentive with an eye for detail
  • Resourceful and self-sufficient, takes initiative to manage and complete tasks
  • Able to work independently, within the EAM team and collaboratively with other Teams
  • Comfortable working in-office and/proven success working in a remote environment

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Required: B.S. or B.A.
  • Minimum Required: 3 years of job experience with 1 year in IT.

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Knowledgeable in Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure
  • ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Other Cloud platform experience

  • Awareness of PHI and HIPAA
