In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new Endovascular products in all FDA approved areas and applications. You should be passionate about selling state-of-the-art implantable medical devices that are the highest quality in their class and be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer while recognizing the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.This role will cover the territory of Syracuse, Utica, and Binghamton, New York; the candidate must reside in Syracuse, New York, or surrounding areas.This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Syracuse, New York, or surrounding areas.Pay and Benefits:$200,000-$280,000 per yearRoles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metricsFactors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but are not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilitiesMedical, Dental and Vision benefits effective on Day 1 of employment! More details are available at www.gore.com/careers/benefitsResponsibilities:Establish and maintain professional relationshipsSell new technologiesAnalyze customer needsWork effectively and cooperatively as part of a team of sales associates within your regionComply with internal and external practices and proceduresProvide superior customer serviceRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience selling and/or clinical support of medical devicesStrong clinical and technical skills, which includes an understanding of interventional procedures and terminologyDemonstrated effective organizational management and planning skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, which include a demonstrated ability to be a team playerCurrent, valid driver's licenseProven ability to develop relationships with key customers and effectively sell new products and/or marketsAbility to work flexible hours and be “on call” as business needs ariseAbility to travel overnight up to 25% and reside in Syracuse, New York, or surrounding areasDesired Qualifications:Experience with aortic medical devicesThis role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization, and training.Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
