PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Overall operation of preparation, service, and completion of Downhole tools.
* Service tools promptly without deviation from Service Quality procedure.
* Complete demands of the Supervisors/Management about tool production.
* Develop accurate and complete data about service documentation promptly.
* Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment to perform duties required (Cranes, Forklifts, etc).
* Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
* Participate in action plans for new projects defined by the supervisor.
* Maintain the work environment as outlined by the shop supervisor.
* All other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Adheres to all HSEQ requirements.
* Working hours are to be identified by the manager.
* Lifting up to 50 lbs. is required.
* Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include but is not limited to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.
* Working conditions may be inside and outside with extreme temperatures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
* Experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred.
* Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
