Position: Manager, Corporate Finance

Job Description:
As the Manager of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategies and ensuring the alignment of financial initiatives with our overall business goals.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
* Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making for the corporate cost centers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities
* Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for senior management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
* Participate in the development of financial strategies, long-term planning, and capital allocation decisions
* Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence
* Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that could impact the company's financial position
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or corporate finance
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
* Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and using financial software tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to various stakeholders
* Experience in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting financial due diligence
* Understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and industry dynamics
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex financial projects
Skills:
