We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Full-Time Mortgage Loan Partner to join our team. In this role, you will guide applicants through the mortgage process, helping them get mortgage-ready and providing vital support throughout the journey. If you excel at assisting Mortgage Loan Officers with their day-to-day tasks, we want you on our team.
Compensation: up to $60,000 plus bonus (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Verifying income and assets, and collecting documentation when necessary. Running DU (Desktop Underwriter) and LP (Loan Prospector). Pricing loans and preparing them for processing. Locking loans and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in order. Scheduling weekly pipeline meetings with processors. Keeping all parties, including borrowers, agents, and team members, informed on the status of each loan. Delivering exceptional service that leaves borrowers and agents eager to refer friends and family to our outstanding mortgage loan officers. This is an in-office position where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team, contributing to our success and shining in your role.
Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of professional office environment required, preferably as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant. NMLS State license is required. Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred. Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills. College degree in finance or banking is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $60,000 plus bonus
