- Money of course: This is an entry-level position that starts at $12.00 an hour with a 40-hour work week.
- Training, Tools, & Career Path: The Lot Porter Role is THE entry-level position in our company that opens the door to sales and service advisor positions. So yes, we need a porter however, long-term we are looking for our next salesperson, our next technician, or our next service advisor. We provide all of the training and tools you will need to get started even if you have never done work like this before. We desire to invest in high-performers that fit our core values. We will give you a career path that will allow you to move up into leadership positions that can offer a great lifestyle and career for years to come. We anticipate a promotion within the first 9 months.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
WHAT DO YOU DO?You'll play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of our service department, shop, and lot. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the service manager and advisors and following dealership display standards.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Make key tags for and handle the inventory of vehicles.
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
