We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations of our facility and in the absence of the Director of Maintenance oversee the maintenance department. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring that our facility remains in excellent condition, meeting all safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a pristine environment.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operation. Handle payroll processing and staff-related administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers. Ensure that all external work meets our facility's standards.
• Oversee all facility maintenance, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency fixes in the absence of the Director of Maintenance.
• Monitor and manage maintenance and housekeeping budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Ensuring full stock of supplies
• Ensure all maintenance and housekeeping activities comply with regulatory requirements and facility policies.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manager role in maintenance or housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling, payroll management, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) a plus.
