Sales Coordinator/Trade Show Representative

Montebello, New York

iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking to build out our Marketing team. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.

We are seeking a talented and creative Sales Coordinator/Trade Show Representative to join our dynamic Marketing team at iPostal1. The incumbent will be responsible for the support and coordination of iPostal1 sales from the Retail Team, along with supporting our trade show efforts including coordination and attendance throughout the U.S. Key metric will be activating new locations to list their address on iPostal1.com, managing the onboarding process along with customer issue resolution. Coordinate logistics and prep for US trade shows. This will be accomplished primarily by phone, email and online webinars, as well as attending several iPostal1 conferences.

This is an onsite position working out of our Montebello, NY headquar ters with travel 10% - 15% of the time to tradeshows.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and enter location sales from the Retail team using company and industry data sources. Use a CRM tool like Salesforce to log all activity and manage the sales onboarding process

  • Utilize email, phone, and webinar presentations to service accounts. Assist each account and the key decision maker at each iPostal1 location to finalize the sale

  • Provide regular progress updates and projections

  • Become knowledgeable of the Digital Mailbox industry through company data, self-directed research, and industry newsletters and blogs

  • Attend several trade shows and industry conferences each year

Requirements

  • B2B sales/service experience with demonstrated achievement preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the digital mailbox & Self Storage industries

  • Self-directed, ambitious, organized, entrepreneurial mind-set

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Dedication to achieving results through persistence and continual improvement

  • Basic Computer, Word, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet skills

  • Sales acumen

  • Ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised and persuasive manner
