Pay: $30/hr

Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Essential Functions:

• Create invoices based on the information provided and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Manage various billing cycles and meet all billing deadlines.
• Communicate with the operation team to ensure billing accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts; respond to internal and external clients' inquiries.
• Keep billing files organized.
• Help with collections when needed.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Highly organized
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
