We focus our treatment services in this program on harm reduction and care for patients that have substance abuse problems. We are seeking someone with experience in harm reduction care who has an interest in treating mostly adult patients. This opportunity would be a Monday through Friday 9- 5 schedule or potentially 4 10 hour shifts. Please see job highlights below for more info.Title: Nurse PractitionerLocation: Manhattan (Midtown area)Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 + full benefits includedResponsibilities:Providing patients care for co-occuring mental health disordersMAT Treatment to adult patients who are suffering from substance abuseOrdering lab tests and diagnostic tests when appropriatePrescribing medicationAdministering medication such as naltrexone, buprenorphine, and other drug therapies to help patients overcome addictionCompleting all clinical documentationResponsibilities:Board Certified Adult or Family Nurse PractitionerGraduate of Accredited Nurse Practitioner Masters ProgramExperience working in Harm ReductionExperience with suboxone treatment a plusCurrent DEA licenseQualificationsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
