We are looking for candidates with exceptional trucking and routing experience, a passion for leading, and a thorough understanding of the supply chain world. Please apply within. salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities•Promote positive company and departmental culture. •Oversee the routing and scheduling process for all deliveries on a day-to-day basis. •Supervise a team of Dispatch Specialists and CDL A Drivers daily role responsibilities and functions. •Work closely with other departments to guarantee a positive internal and external customer experience including responding to requests and queries. •Oversees the daily workflow of assigned drivers. •Assists in recruitment and retention activities to include interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching.Skills
