- Supports daily shipment receipt and distribution process. Leads problem resolution to ensure accurate, timely accounting for incoming supplier inventory.
- Support the weekly Cycle Count process. Run, distribute, manage count sheets, and reconcile weekly reports. Lead corrective action process. Report results weekly.
- Work with Operations teams to create & maintain expendable, production and vendor managed Kanbans.
- Works closely with Operations teams to manage Kitting program.
- Work with Operation and Program team members to complete dispositions of excess project inventory and participate in material close-out activity. Assist with reconciliation, disposal and accounting for Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
- Support Customer Furnished Property (CFP) program and supplier inventory process. Leads problem resolution and performs reporting.
- Back up for hazardous material and inert product Shipping.
- Outside audit preparation and support.
- Trouble shooting inventory issues and reconciliations.
Requirements: - High School diploma minimum. AAS Business or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience working in Aerospace and Defense is desired; preferably in a material management organization.
- Electronic component handling experience a plus.
- Experience using ERP systems to logically move and physically ship materials.
- Inventory transactions, storage and cycle count experience required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products; especially Word and Excel.
- Excels in a dynamic, changeable work environment. Energetic and positive. Ability to work independently. Processes an entrepreneurial spirit.
