Old Brea Chop House is seeking a passionate, reliable Wine Director/Assistant General Manager to help lead their team and oversee the wine program. This role will be responsible for working with vendors, purchasing, receiving, inventory, and managing wine costs, in addition to having a strong floor presence with guests during service. The ideal candidate has an inherent IQ for hospitality, impeccable work ethic, and a passion to serve. Someone with a level 1 or 2 sommelier certification and experience managing a large wine inventory is highly desired. OBCH prides themselves on a culture of leadership, integrity, and guest experience, and are looking for someone who possesses the same values and commitment to excellence.
