Like its predecessors Dover Street Market London and Dover Street Market Ginza, it was conceived and designed by Rei Kawakubo, and subscribes to the philosophy of 'beautiful chaos' - the accidental synergy that results from independent minds, each with something original to say, colliding together in one space. In 2018, Dover Street Market Los Angeles opened cementing its place on the West Coast. There are no set criteria for DSM. Both locations house all Comme des Garons brands, and also boast a selection of designers that range from the established to the emerging, in addition to traditional products outside the realm of fashion. Designers have been given complete freedom to determine their individual brand spaces - the result being those collections as diverse as Azzedine Alaa, Supreme, Sacai and Nike live alongside one another in an unexpected harmony. A sense of discovery lies at the heart of DSM. Rounding out the DSM experience is the addition of Rose Bakery on the ground floor. Rose and Jean Charles Carrarini's caf is renowned for its signature fresh and natural food and is now a mainstay of DSMs around the world. Role Overview: As a Temp E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience across our online platforms, E-SHOP, and FARFETCH. You will be responsible for handling in-store fulfillment, ensuring timely order processing, and providing exceptional customer service. This role will be in-person, open availability is required, which may include weekends and late evenings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all E-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately, meeting or exceeding our 48-hour fulfillment goal.
  • Resolve fulfillment issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Accurately identify and manage shared stock orders between the store and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the store Concierge team to ensure consistent customer messaging and order fulfillment.
  • Track and manage incoming and outgoing logistics for store-fulfilled orders. Handle returns and exchanges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and flag any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Adhere to established procedures and standards for order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Be able to stand and lift boxes and navigate stairs.
Key Requirements & Skills:
  • Previous customer service experience delivering exceptional, white glove service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Magento, Shopify a plus
  • General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
