Pro Staff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Alexandria, MN. If you're ready to make an impact in a clean and well-maintained facility, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday, with the option to choose between:
* 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM, or
* 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine housekeeping and janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
* Operate powered cleaning tools to maintain the facility.
* Care for the grounds, including lawn, shrubs, signs, parking lots, roads, and sidewalks.
* Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and janitorial repairs.
* Maintain walls, floors, and other building surfaces.
* Fill in for other positions when maintenance staff are unavailable.
* Conduct inspections of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems.
* Assist with plant and equipment maintenance as assigned.
* Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
* Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
