Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient **Packaging Operations** to join our client's team in Hartswell, Ga. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$** **80.88** ) over a 3-month contract period.
**Work Schedule:** M-F 8am-5pm
**Primary Responsibilities:**
** Support E2E with project team coaching, scope development, risks, and key milestone identification.**
** Align external partners to NPE expectations and enforce requirements and standards.**
** Lead identification of operational requirements and success criteria development.**
** Provide input to and track operational budget and operational deliverables in project schedule.**
** Track progress of development and implementation of Key Standard Routines, ME documentation, TPM and 5S.**
** Ensure successful startup and smooth transition to operations.**
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years change management, business analysis and project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment OR Associate degree with 5+ years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing, industrial and/or military environment
Preferred: 1+ years' experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment.
PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification
**Pay Details:** $80.88 per hour
