Job Description :
Essential Functions:
- Assemble/disassemble filling & dosing systems under direction of technicians and/or set up sheets
- Clean & sanitize filling & dosing systems according to SOP's
- Fill out setup sheets as required
- Complete all documentation including machine logs, QA & production forms
- Assists in trouble shooting filling & dosing systems
- Inspects finished work for accuracy & functionality
- Re-supply & fill bulk as required to maintain production
- Interacts withTechnicians
- Assist technicians setting fill weights
- Notify Maintenance of any needed repairs
- Clean various equipment & maintain a clean work environment
- Observe all SOP , GMP & safety guidelines
- Assist Technicians on putting up and taking down plumbing as needed on production lines
