ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the teams in Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• Ensure an amazing guest experience from reservations to check out
• Hire, train and develop department supervisors
• Manage budgets, ordering and audits
• Previous hotel experience managing multiple teams in a similar position
• Hilton experience is a plus!
