Pay: $58,000 to $68,000/year (depending on experience) plus quarterly uncapped commissions!
Experience: Must have door-to-door experience; previous staffing experience is preferred

HH Staffing is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Drive high-volume sales of company products and services.
- Prioritize tasks strategically to meet set goals efficiently.
- Lead discovery meetings to identify pain points and align solutions with company offerings.
- Deliver formal presentations and proposals, positioning products as solutions to identified issues.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM systems or similar databases.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize both immediate and long-term value.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts (sales, recruiting, etc.).
- Educate users, clients, and prospects about the company's products and services.
