Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Associate (PCA) with a passion for aesthetics to join our team. The PCA will act as the secondary sales consultant within the center and assist the lead Patient Care Consultant (PCC) in conducting in-person consultations, guiding patients through the Sono Bello process, and helping them choose procedures that align with their goals. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of sales success, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and possess confidence, emotional intelligence, and credibility. Additionally, they should exhibit high integrity and maintain an excellent work ethic. Please note: This role includes regional travel between the New York metro areas, including New York City, Long Island, NY, Westchester, NY, New City (Clarkstown), NY, Summit, NJ, Cherry Hill, PA, and Philadelphia, PA. This position requires a highly motivated and coachable individual who works well in a team environment and can excel in a consultative atmosphere while effectively overcoming objections. Primary Duties of a Patient Care Associate (PCA):

  • Collaborate daily with the Patient Care Consultant (the Center's Lead Sales Consultant) and Area Sales Leader to achieve targets.
  • Conduct consultations with new and existing patients to understand their goals and coordinate with surgical team members (Doctors) for their next steps.
  • Educate patients on our approach, procedures, and financing options.
  • Manage follow-ups with the clinical team and patients for a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain a patient pipeline, including follow-ups with prospective patients.
  • Lead and inspire your center team to ensure the best possible patient experience.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Ability to travel as needed between the New York metro areas, including New York City, Long Island, NY, Westchester, NY, New City (Clarkstown), NY, Summit, NJ, Cherry Hill, PA, and Philadelphia, PA.
  • Prior sales experience or direct exposure to one-on-one consultative selling in aesthetic industries such as plastic or cosmetic surgery, cosmetics, hair replacement, laser hair removal, or other relevant aesthetic industries is considered a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, assess needs, and create urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationships.
  • Technology proficiency, including MS Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools related to managing a sales pipeline, running financing, and scheduling, is considered a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets, managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Professionalism and poise under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Compensation/Benefits: At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. We offer competitive pay, generous monthly bonuses, and excellent training. The compensation package includes a $45,000 base salary, overtime and overtime premium, and uncapped bonus potential (based on KPI and goal achievement). Total compensation ranges between $100,000 - $130,000.
