Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk - St. Charles, Illinois

McGrath Honda of St. Charles is looking for a Full-Time Accounts payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team! Our dealership is consistently growing and our Accounts payable/Receivable clerk is a big part of our team. We will be moving very soon to our new larger location and we need to fill a lot of positions.

Responsibilities

· Prepares accounts payable checks

· Posts all open items in accounts payable daily

· Daily receipt of money we receive

· Daily Deposits

· Reconcile Statement and ledger making sure that the payments are consistent with the schedules

· General clerical duties
