Apple Village Assisted Living is hiring a Resident Care Assistant. Must be or close to being a Certified Nursing Assistant. RCA is assistant to the Resident Care Manager. Providing care to residents, being on-call and filling in on shifts that are not fully staffed and other duties as assigned. Some duties include: -Being on call and filling in empty shifts -On Call Rotating weekends if call ins occur -Filling in on shifts when short staffed -Checking first aid kits and Med room to ensure stocked -Ordering medications QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be 18 years of age with CNA or close to getting it -TB and Food Handlers Permit within 14 days of hire -Pre employment Background check required -CPR certification within 30 days of hire
