Job Description :

The Sales department has a current opening for an Executive Sales Assistant. The position provides administrative support to senior management within the Sales department. The position also coordinates a wide variety of projects, events, and meetings. Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative and clerical support within the department to include agent force records.
  • Under direct supervision of management, create a wide variety of reports, written materials, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Oversee agent force on-boarding and off-boarding including contracting, licensing, schooling, and communication efforts with all internal and external entities.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues of a similar status, both formally and informally.
  • Coordinate and maintain departmental calendar of events acting as liaison to venues/vendors when and where directed.
  • Preserve confidentiality within department regarding all sensitive material.
  • Act as liaison between agency force and sales management.
  • Implement and monitor projects as directed by management and see through to completion.
  • Direct administrative details such as financial operations, dissemination of promotional materials, and responses to inquiries within department.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years minimum of general office experience required.
  • Insurance specific experience preferred.

  • Possesses strong technical aptitude
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities
