The Beverage Manager leads and directs the daily operations of the restaurant, consistently delivering an exceptional guest and employee experience. Oversees and develops the front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) teams while fostering a positive culture. This role assists the General Manager (GM) in driving sales, managing costs, and growing the business. The Beverage Manager manages all beverage inventories, cost control, and pricing updates, including beverage menu changes. Additionally, this role oversees beer, liquor, and wine vendor relationships, and works closely with the GM and Regional Beverage Manager. Responsibilities also include

maintaining organization, cleanliness, and designated sidework, with a focus on running efficient shifts. This may involve leading pre-shift meetings, overseeing line service, and completing closing duties such as counting down the safe, reviewing labor sheets, and finalizing nightly closeouts.

  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees and respond with patience and courtesy
  • Organize and conduct periodic informational seminars for employees
  • Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
  • Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Other duties assigned as needed
