To be considered for this position, you must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. Please ensure that your application demonstrates that you meet the minimum qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus either I, II, III, or IV.

I. Master's degree in Business or Public Administration, Finance, City Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Studies, or a closely related field; AND

I. A. Three (3) years experience in planning, designing, implementing, or evaluating housing development or community development programs. At least one (1) year of experience must be involved in financial packaging for housing development;

OR

I. B. Three (3) years of experience in real estate development transactions. At least one (1) year of experience must be involved in financial packaging for housing development.

OR

II. Bachelor's degree in one of the fields specified in Section I and four (4) years of experience as described in Section IA or IB;

OR

III. Master's degree in any field and five (5) years of experience as described in Section IA or IB above;

OR

IV. Bachelor's degree in any field and six (6) years of experience as described in Section IA or IB above.
