ResponsibilitiesJob Description - Major Functions & Duties:
- Provide business process and PeopleSoft expertise for the Supply Chain modules of a PS 9.2 upgrade
- Assist in preparation of any required functional design specifications or documents
- Prepare testing scripts, facilitate planning for testing and coordinate with others
- Report documentation and writing
- Evaluate integrations and document changes as needed
- Prepare security set up and document as needed
- Perform application configuration as needed
- Review and ensure final changes are tested prior to implementation
- Work with change resources on organizational change impacts
- Develop process documentation and assist in knowledge transfer documentation
QualificationsExperience (must have):
- Functional PS 9.2 experience in the Supply Chain modules.
- Previous PS 9.2 upgrade experience at health care organizations.
- Strong knowledge of and adherence to functional and development standards (including documentation, testing, migration procedures) and implementing best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrate solid leadership qualities and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion
- Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities.
- Capacity to work well independently, as well as in a team, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and foster a team environment.
