Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and respond to phone and face-to-face inquiries from attorneys, judicial and law enforcement officers, and the public.
- Perform various office tasks such as making copies, filing and data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to type accurately and have basic computer skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent.
