Contract: 2 years

Pay Range: $23-26/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide pre-delivery and post-sale support to our customers. This role involves assisting with product inquiries, order management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. The position is based in a high-volume, fast-paced Customer Care Center that supports B2B channels, including Commercial Contractors, National Accounts, and international offices. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Support customers with order entry, order status updates, and delivery tracking
• Assist with pricing inquiries, product availability, and limited technical support
• Prepare basic reports and perform data entry as needed
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance metrics and drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC products or related industries is a plus
• Flexibility for overtime if needed

Shift: Standard workday hours

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Benefits: Eligible after 60 days.
