Make the Right Move & Roll With Us!1st Shift - 7am- 3pm ( Monday- Friday) We are hiring for a Forklift Operator to join our growing team! This position is eligible for monthly attendance bonuses, and quarterly production bonuses! The Forklift Operator is responsible for coordinating, organizing and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
  • Ensure inventory accuracy of Raw Materials, Work in Process, and Finished Goods.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain all Logistics reports and records.
  • Maintain, organize, and coordinate the movement of Raw Materials, Work in Process, and Finished Goods though facility (using FIFO methods, as required).
  • Prepare Finished Goods for shipment to customers (domestic and international) using the appropriate methods, forms and/or documentation.
  • Complete and verify all documentation and forms (receipt, inventory, or shipment related) are accurate and completed on time.
  • Keep the warehouse (and facility) clean, organized and efficiently maintained.
  • Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Contact freight companies (and drivers), as well as, use customer software to coordinate dock appointments and fill information into dock schedule.
  • Coordinate and communicate with production teams (on all shifts) about daily warehouse plan.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Customer Service on issues and solutions, as needed.
  • Interact with 3PL on orders status, inventory, etc. as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a continuous production process is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in the printing, paper production or paper converting industries is preferred.
  • Prior experience in material handling preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
