Job Description - Have complete ownership for an area at the chemical plant - Hold leaders and supervisors accountable to high expectations - Maintain proper staffing of the group and team - Be proactive in all safety, quality and craft training All safety and quality expectations need to be understood by the team Spend over 50% of your time in the field, coaching, training and mentoring your team Qualifications Be able to lift 50 lbs Be able to work under fresh air Have a valid driver's license and pass a MVR Have at least 5 years experience in the industry
